On the 17th May 2021, works on the Ħal Farruġ Industrial Zone project have commenced. This is another project that is being carried out by Projects Plus Limited and involves the construction of a wall which will divide the industrial zone from the residential zone with the aim to increase security for all residents of the area. In July 2020, the Planning Authority approved this project and in September 2020, Projects Plus published the call for tenders for the execution of the first phase of this project. Polidano Group was chosen to execute this project. The project was concluded in 2022.
