On February 22nd, 2024, the Malta Freeport Car Park in Birżebbuġa opened to the public. Projects Plus Limited and Malta Freeport Corporation collaborated to design this multi-story car park, which cost €3 million. The car park has three storeys and 450 parking spots.
Projects Plus Limited oversaw the project’s design and implementation, whilst also provided project and contract management services.
This initiative is projected to alleviate parking issues in Birżebbuġa, particularly during the summer months when thousands of people from all over the island together with tourists, visit this magnificent village.
